The PlayStation 4, formally known as the PS4 was announced on February 20th, 2013 in New York. Sony showed the controller and the specifications of the new PlayStation 4 Sadly, Sony did not show the new PlayStation 4 itself. The PlayStation 4 is set to be released during the holiday season of 2013. Rumors suggest that the PlayStation 4 will retail between $400 and $500.
